The court also rejected the argument, saying that even if there were problems, they would not affect the outcome of the case.
Balwani serves her sentence on the grim end island in a minimal federal facility outside Los Angeles. Holmes serves her at FPC Bryan, a minimum safe federal prison camp about 100 miles from Houston.
