Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton After posting photos of a new book supporting the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) Chief Randi Weingarten, came under fire on social media, which showed her political rival was “fascist.”
“Congratulations to my friend [Weingarten] About “Why are fascists afraid of teachers?” From banning books to controlling courses, privileged people are receiving public education because it is the cornerstone of democracy,” Clinton released Wednesday, along with photos of Weinerdin holding the book.
“Randi’s new book is a critical reading for this moment,” she wrote.
Clinton has been criticized by conservatives who believe this continues to smear campaigns against political opponents, many who believe it helps the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

“Democrats Hillary Clinton and Randi Weingarten are still suggesting that Republicans are ‘fascists’,” accounts belonging to the Republican National Committee (RNC) Posted on X.

Fox News Digital contacted Clinton’s office to comment on the post, which generated 2 million views on X but was not immediately heard.
Weingarten’s book, which hit bookshelf on Tuesday, elaborated on her views on what she said was a struggle for fascist ideology and how to “destroy democracy, opportunity and public education as we know it.”
“The attacks on schools and teachers have long been a hallmark of the fascist regime: throughout history, with many dictators taking power, they began to ban books and control curriculum,” reads the preview of the book. “Fascists are afraid of teachers because teachers have cultivated an educated and capable population that can see propaganda and intimidation tactics of the past. Fascists are afraid of teachers because they teach young people how to think on their own.”
Media experts and conservatives have been pointing to the left claiming that the years of conservative figures such as Kirk are “fascists.”
