Minister of Defense Pete Hegseth Judges who ruled that the Pentagon must allow transgender troops should report to the military base because she is now “the top military mastermind,” said Saturday.
U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, Washington, DC, issued a preliminary injunction last week that prevented the Pentagon from executing President Donald Trump’s executive orders prohibiting transgender people from serving in the military.
“Expressing false “gender identity” that is different from an individual’s gender does not meet the strict standards required for military service,” Trump’s order on January 27 said, and directed the Department of Defense to update medical standards for its military service and pronoun policies.

“In addition to the hormonal and surgical medical interventions involved, gender identity and individual gender conflict with soldiers’ commitment to dignity, truth and discipline, even in their personal lives,” the president’s order said.
The judge said in her ruling Trump’s orders Contains “uncovered” language, adding that the policy “makes trans people inherently unsuitable.”

He wrote: “Since ‘Judge’ Reyes is now a senior military planner, she/they can report to Fort Benning at 0600 to indicate how our Army rangers can perform high-value target attacks… After that, Commander Reyes can be dispatched to Fort Bragg to train our green berets in the war of rebellion.”
Judge Postponed her order Until Friday morning, in order to get the Trump administration to appeal, it said it would do so.
Reyes said in his decision that an executive order could constitute an act of violation of constitutional rights.

“The court knows that this opinion will lead to intense public debate and appeals. Both are positive results in healthy democracies,” Reyes wrote. “However, we should all agree that everyone who answers the call for service deserves our gratitude and respect.”
The judge added: “Indeed, the cruel irony is that thousands of trans services have sacrificed – some risked their lives – ensuring that others’ military injunctions try to deny their very equal rights of protection,” the judge added. On the other hand, the defendants did not prove that they did not indicate that they would continue the lawsuit and avoid the offences and the offences.
