Harvard Law professor spreads debunked rumor about Charlie Kirk assassination suspect

A prominent Harvard law professor and law scholar was hammered on social media amidst dissemination of a rumor Charlie Kirk’s Assassination It’s “Ultra-Maga”, Republicans are trying to “blame” the liberals for the tragedy.

The Lawrence Tribe commented in an article on X that shared a lengthy post on an account called Occupy Democrats, which attempted to portray photos of the suspect Taylor Robinson’s political ideology.

“Kirke’s obvious assassin appears to be Ultra-Maga, exploding the GOP/MAGA’s attempt to blame the tragedy on liberals,” a professor at Harvard Law School retired from 1968 to 2020. He is Carl M. Loeb M. Loeb University.

Robinson, 22, is in a ‘romantic relationship’ with trans partner, senior FBI official Digital confirmation to Fox News. Officials said Robinson lives with unnamed people, males transitioning to females, who shared an apartment in St. George, Utah.

Kirk was killed Wednesday at Utah Valley University, where he talked to students at an American turn-around event on the Orem campus. Robinson allegedly shot Kirk for a moment, and someone asked if Kirk knew how many transgender Americans were mass shooters.

Jeremy Carl, a senior fellow at the Claremont Institute, responded to Tribe’s post on X, accusing him of professor Spreading “pure” false information by sharing that Robinson is a supporter of President Donald Trump.

“There’s nothing to see here – arguably the long-time law professor of his generation’s most prominent legal scholars, and it’s definitely a lie about Kirk’s assassin starting from one of the most notorious fake news sites there.”

The tribe who has been teaching at Harvard for 30 years has participated in multiple presidential administrations. Recently, Harvard Bio of the Tribe pointed out that recently, President Joe Biden chose him to serve on the Presidential Committee of the U.S. Supreme Court in 2021. In 2010, President Barack Obama chose the tribe to become the first senior adviser to obtain justice.

Fox News Digital commented with Tribe and Harvard, but they did not respond immediately.

Occupy Democrats called themselves “the #1 Democratic Organization on Social Media”, attempting to portray Robinson as “an unstable native white white man who can use guns” and describe his family as “hard-core maga” and “rich conservative gun” nuts.
