First on Fox: Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) was forced to close operations at women’s food distribution locations on Thursday after it called Hamas’ credible terrorist threat.
GHF spokesman Chapin Fay told Fox News Digital that the GHF had summoned Palestinian women from about 5,500 assembled Palestinian women services when military-age men began to pose a threat to operations. “At first, a few people seemed to be investigating the GHF website. Fay called on international organizations and the United Nations to work with the GHF, “so food can reach the people, not Hamas.”
Currently, 5,511 aid trucks sent to Gaza have been stopped since May 19, according to data from the United Nations Office of Project Services. Only 938 trucks (14.5%) have Arrive at their intended destination During this period.
GHF has distributed more than 161 million meals since its operations began in May, including one million today, the group said.
