Nowadays, are there anyone else who thinks their phones are half-synced as spam? Sometimes there will be an alert even before you receive it, but other times you need to know. Well, Google is now making it easier to execute the latter, add Call scam detection on pixel watches.
The new AI-driven feature beeps every few minutes when the call starts. If a scam is very likely, it will generate notifications, beeps and vibrations. If you know this is not a scam, you can delete the notification from your watch. Try it by turning on scam detection in settings.
There are several caveats as plug-in scam detection is only used on Pixel watch 2 or 3. You also need to connect to it via Bluetooth Pixel 9 Or newer phone calls. It is also only available in US and English phones.
Google first introduces this feature into Select a mobile phone in Beta last November. Now available on the Pixel 9 and newer devices, but this addition allows you to see notifications without taking out your phone.
