“Ghost Adventure” star Aaron Goodwin revised the divorce to his estranged wife, Victoria Goodwin, who was recently arrested on suspicion of murdering him.
According to Clark County, Nevada, court records viewed by Fox News Digital, the 48-year-old reality TV personality filed a divorce complaint Wednesday. Fox News Digital has contacted Goodwin.
Goodwin is suing Victoria for assault, false imprisonment and negligence, and other claims, according to a Us Weekly report, which received an amended application. Goodwin seeks more than $10,000 in punitive and exemplary damages, accusing his estranged wife of “negligence in marital action.”
“Victoria’s behavior is extreme or outrageous, whether reckless and ignorant, leading to emotional distress [Goodwin]”the court document says, According to Us Weekly. “[He] Severe or extreme emotional distress due to actual or proximal results [her] implement. ”

Goodwin also accused Victoria of assault and false imprisonment, although no specific details were provided.
However, the documents claimed that Victoria made Goodwin “feel harmful or offensive” and claimed that her purpose was “ [him] Within the boundary she established.
