A video shows a Santa Fe County Sheriff’s deputy talking on the phone with Gene’s daughter about how to deal with the remains of a dead dog found in a house near Bessie’s body. In the video, Gene’s daughter (TMZ called Elizabeth) tells the officer to cremate the dead dog and bury her body with Arakawa.
Gene’s daughter asked if the dog was “older” to the couple. It was later confirmed that the dead dog was Zinna, who was 12 years old. She is the couple’s biggest dog. Elizabeth asked officer Sina if she was wearing a collar if she could save it.

The video is dated February 27, the day after Gene and Betsy’s body.

The second video obtained by TMZ shows that on the day the couple was discovered, the ground administrator seemed uneasy about their deaths.
“Seeing these two, they are… sorry.” The man said when he was emotional.
“I’m attached to all of these people. They’re really good. I met her [Arakawa]. She is a sweetheart, seeing them…”

Also in the body camera, an official shared that he contacted Gene’s two daughters Elizabeth and Leslie after the body was found.
Local news station KOB4 It has reportedly received over an hour of footage from the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Department of body cameras that responded to officials. The media reported that most of the videos came from outside the hacker and interviewed workers who found them.

Attorney Kurt Sommer filed a petition on March 11 to the Santa Fe District Court in an attempt to prevent medical investigators and the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office from releasing videotapes, according to Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The petition attempted to prevent the couple’s autopsy and “death investigation” from being released until their death lawsuits.
Sommer wrote that once the image is published, “the bell cannot be irrelevant.”
Sommer argues that the couple’s privacy rights exceed the public interest of the couple’s death. He cites Kurt Cobain’s death in the petition, noting that the court refused to release photos of the “death scene”.
“The signature lawyer could not think of the respective harm that respecting Mr. Hackman and Mrs. Hackman Alakawa would cause to the state and county offices,” he wrote.

“In their lives, hackers have taken significant value for their privacy and have taken affirmative, vigilant steps to protect their privacy.
“The Huckmans are members of this community, not part-time residents. Personal representatives try to continue to protect the privacy of the hackers after their tragic deaths and support the constitutional right of family memory and desire for peace.”
Sommer did not comment on Fox News Digital at the time.

The Associated Press reported that the petition details Gene and Betty’s discrete lifestyle in Santa Fe.

Gene and Betsy’s properties are represented by Julia Peters, partner and chief consultant at Avalon Trust Co. Investment Co.

According to the petition, Peters is Gene’s third choice. According to Santa Fe, New Mexico, Betsy is Gene’s first choice, and his second choice is attorney Michael G. Sutin. Sudan died in 2019.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department confirmed at a press conference that Betsie may die on February 11 and Gene is likely to die a week later. Authorities later said officials had determined multiple phone calls from Betty to the Medical Center on February 12.
