All your PlayStation 5 players can now pair your wireless dual-mean controller with up to four devices at once and switch between them.
For some time, you can pair not only your DualSense controller with PS5 and other PlayStation consoles, but also with your PC, Mac, smartphone and other Bluetooth devices. However, this pairing can only happen with one device at a time. Pair again using other devices with dual meanings.
Now that has changed, System update 25.05-12.00.00. PS5 owners download and install the now available update owners can pair their DualSense controller with up to four different devices. New features are also suitable for Double edge Controller.
How to enable and use multiple review pairing on DualSense controller
In order to enable this feature (already available Beta tester Since June):
- Press and hold the PS button for 5 seconds, then hold an action button (triangle, circle, square or X) until the light strip and the player indicator twice.
- Turn on Bluetooth pairing on the device and select DualSense controller.
- Once pairing is done on another device, the light bar and player indicator should blink in one of the four slots.
Once other devices are assigned, use this feature:
- Make sure the device you want to switch to is turned on and Bluetooth enabled.
- Press and hold the PS button and assign the action button (triangle, circle, square or X) for 3 seconds.
- The player indicator (1-4) should blink according to the activated device pairing.

Other PS5 system updates
The PS5 system update also brings another new feature: some games will support power savings, thereby reducing power consumption by extending game performance. You can enable or disable specific games by going to Settings > System > Power > Using Power Saving Settings.
Additionally, the update improves message and availability on screens of some systems, as well as software performance and stability, Sony said.
