This PS5 Update Lets DualSense Controllers Pair With Multiple Devices at the Same Time

Now all your PlayStation 5 players can pair your wireless binary controller with up to four devices at once and switch between them.

For some time, you can pair not only your DualSense controller with PS5 and other PlayStation consoles, but also with your PC, Mac, smartphone and other Bluetooth devices. However, this pairing can only happen with one device at a time. Pair again using other devices with dual meanings.

Now that has changed, System update 25.05-12.00.00.

In order to enable this feature (already available Beta tester Since June), hold the PS button for 5 seconds, then hold an action button until the light rod and player indicator flash twice. Once pairing is done on another device, the light bar and player indicator should blink in one of the four slots.

After that, when you hold the PS button and the action button that assigns 3 seconds, it will switch between the paired devices. The player indicator (1-4) should blink according to the activated device pairing. (For more detailed instructions, Click here)

Additionally, the update improves message and availability on screens of some systems, as well as software performance and stability, Sony said.
