Chatgpt Plus and Pro
Chatgpt’s premium pricing is simple and easy to understand what its features and limitations are.
The first advanced layer of Openai, Chatgpt Plusopens the door for extended GPT-5 access access and higher restrictions on messaging, uploading, data analysis and image generation. You’ll get it too Advanced Voice Mode With video and screenshots, chatgpt proxyand limited access to Sora video generation.
If you are going to be restricted on Chatgpt’s image generation, this version will soon appear, then the extended limit may make you pay $20 a month worth of value. Currently there are No annual plan.
If you need more, you can choose a professional plan, which will give you $200 per month. This provides unlimited message, uploads and image generation, as well as extended access to ChatGpt Agent and Sora. Pro will unlock more advanced GPT-5 Pro models and O3-PRO and have more computing power for harder queries.

Google AI Pro and AI Ultra
Google’s Gemini is probably the easiest chatbot to get of all chatbots, and the premium pricing tier is consistent with its competitors.
With Gemini, Google integrates the core of the chatbot experience, which is ideal for Google Power users.
Google’s AI Pro offers more features than the free version and unlocks Gemini in the Google Workspace app, flow Search for movie making tools and more advanced models AI mode. However, it didn’t stop in Gemini. You will also get 2TB of storage for Google Photos, drives, and Gmail. The plan also includes a 10% credit purchase from the Google Store. Speaking of which, if you want to book Pixel 10 homeyou will get AI Pro for free for a year.
Although there are many features in the Google AI Pro plan, Gemini’s free tier Provide a lot for most people.
Google’s highest level is the AI Ultra, which costs up to $250 per month, although discounts are usually discounted in the first few months. However, no matter how many extras you throw at you, it’s a lot of money. The program offers the highest limit (read: unlimited) from every feature offered by AI Pro, crashing 2TB of cloud storage to 30TB, adding YouTube Premium, and early access to the proxy prototype Mariner.
Co-pilot
Microsoft’s Copilot may be a repackaged chat GPT, but it still has its own “personality”.
Microsoft’s Copilot has the advantage of pre-installed on a large number of computers with running windows, which makes it very accessible (e.g. Gemini on Android). Although it is based on the ChatGpt model with Microsoft Graph, Copilot feels different and can be a thing of its own.
To my surprise, Copilot managed to spit out the most interesting images when I compared it to other chatbots. Sometimes Gemini and Chatgpt produce similar images, but Copilot almost always provides something more obvious. Even if I don’t do this often, I still think it’s a preferred feature.
Just like Google, Copilot is well integrated into Microsoft 365 applications, although some of its features are locked behind the 365 business, such as NotebookLM competitors, Co-pilot notebook. Without entering the 365 business, Copilot has only one $20 per month plan that emphasizes preferred access during peak hours and uses 365 app extension capabilities. The upgraded plan will also give you access to in-depth research models and actions, which allows Copilot to fill out forms for you or assist in shopping.
Puzzled
Higher level of confusing premium bundles in its AI Comet browser
Confusion is ours Favorite research robotbut the free version limits you to three professional search and research purposes every day. This may be OK for casual users, but those who are really trying to take advantage of the confusion abilities need more everything, and you need $20 a month to really get started.
Confused Pro will provide you with unlimited Pro search and unlimited file uploads and more file uploads space. It will also unlock image generation with the standard “best” model in the free version and access more advanced models.
There are also confusion cometits limited access to the web browser and bake in AI. Pro and Max subscribers receive Comet plus Included in their subscription.
Claude Pro
The Senior Cloud program has vague restrictions.
Anthropic’s paid version of Claude is consistent with competition, with a monthly price of $20 and a 5x free use during peak hours, while a 5x increase in free version during peak hours Limits still exist. Basically, if you send a basic query of up to 200 English sentences, about 15 to 20 words per sentence, you can send about 45 messages every 5 hours with Claude Pro.
Although it ranks number one on our list of best chatbots, Anthropic’s Claude’s Pro and Max Plans’ pricing pages are a bit dry compared to the others on the list. The first feature of the $20 Pro Plan’s “More Usages” is followed by Asterisk, which references Limits in place For professional programs. Such restrictions should be expected on anything that is not the highest plan, but these restrictions seem to depend on how you use Claude. In addition to more usage, the Pro plan will unlock Claude code, unlimited projects, access to research patterns and more models.
The maximum plan offers even greater usage than the Pro plan, adding output limits for all tasks, providing priority access during peak traffic hours, and providing early access to the new Claude feature. This bump may be helpful to Claude Power users there, which costs $100 per person per month.
Groke
Grok is the most expensive chatbot of many people.
Grok’s premium tier is the most expensive for personal use in both monthly and annual pricing. The first advanced layer, SuperGrok, will increase access to Grok 3 and 4, extending the token to 128,000, giving you priority voice access and imaginary image models. It costs $30 per month, or $300 per year. This layer also has access to ANI and Valentine AI companion.
The next tier is Supergrok bulky, most of the “more” you get from Supergrok, $300 a month or $3,000 a year. This layer will give you a preview of Grok 4 heavy duty, expand access to Grok 4, and provide unlimited access to Grok 3. SuperGrokHeavy has higher token counts and has accessed new features early.
