I recently had an epic road trip in Land of Giants and I would just bring a compact projector to complete my camping experience.
Anker’s Nebula Mars 3 Air Let my night be Kings Canyon National Parkhome to the world’s largest sequoia trees, is even more picturesque without taking up much space.
I Comment Projector For CNET, I DIY camper builtso I know a lot Best portable projector Too much sacrificed for their figure. That’s not it. As the side of my van (convenient white) doubled as the screen, I re-watched some episodes of Andor, I downloaded Disney Plus from Disney Plus, the sun landed in the campground, covered the beautiful day in nature, and posted it on a beautiful day with the right combination of bright pictures, loud audio and portability.
If you want to watch movies with your family while camping, and crowding around your iPad doesn’t cut it – it’s the way to go.

My Experience in Mars 3 Air
In terms of performance, the size and price of Mars 3 Air is very good. In my lab, I measured a contrast of 405:1, which is not surprising, but it is better than most portable projectors. This means that the image doesn’t look cleaned or flat. (You can see all my test data in my guide Best portable projector)
In terms of sound, the 3 Air’s two 8-watt speakers play loudly, offering performance similar to many Bluetooth speakers, which is suitable as it can also double as a Bluetooth speaker.
Battery life is good, too. If you use your video as a Bluetooth speaker, you should be able to get about 2.5 hours of playback time and 8 hours. It’s disappointing that it won’t charge over USB, so you’ll need to connect to an AC power supply to charge.
The side of my camper is a nice improvisation projector screen.
The reason why the Mars 3 Air is the best portable projector for camping trips is how it does it well without doing something particularly bad. It is also easy to use.
It runs on the full version of Google TV, so it has access to all typical streaming services. Many portable projectors have only a few streaming applications, and if they do support certain streaming applications, they may not support the full version of the application, which can make portable projectors harder to use.
Remember, the easiest way to watch shows and movies on Mars 3 Air is to make your phone a hot spot. If you are not serving in many national parks (many national parks), you will need to download the shows and movies in advance. This can only be done Mobile devices connected to HDMIsometimes not even then, depends on your phone. Other things you need to keep in mind: This projector does not display full frames with USB to HDMI.

CNET’s purchasing advice
Mars 3 Air is the best all-around portable projector because it does a great job, and some things are really good and there is almost nothing wrong with it. It looks good, sounds good, and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
In some cases, the other two options I want to talk about might be better. The first one is Anker’s own Capsule air. This is the size of the soda, making it more portable than Mars 3 air. It also has a built-in Google TV, battery-powered, doubles as a Bluetooth speaker, and (unlike the Mars 3 Air) can be charged via USB-C. This means that you only have one and you can have a longer viewing session between charges Battery library. However, it is dim and cannot be as loud as Mars 3 air. It also happens to be available on Amazon and you’ll find the original price of $400 is reduced to Only $260.
Another option is AAXA M8. It is also much smaller than Mars 3 air and is brighter and cheaper. Overall, it looks good, although it has a very strange color. It also has a huge fan and has more limited streaming options. If you want to create images larger than the TV size on the go and don’t mind screaming small fans while watching, the M8 may be better than the Mars 3 Air.
The Anker Mars 3 Air is the best overall, though, and this is the one I will carry with me next time I travel.
