For those who have never played it, Startropic is a relaxing adventure game where hero Mike Jones uses yo-yo to fight monsters, robots, and aliens. The game is fun and unique to Nintendo. In 1994, Zoda’s Revenge: Startropics II sequel: Startropics II, but since then, the series has been collecting dust.
This is exactly the game that can be done well today, especially if some silver or soul-like elements are added. Hell, Mike Jones might be a new world traveler like Lara Croft or Nathan Drake.
