He then allegedly downloaded personal information and data from more than 150,000 athletes, and from there, Weiss was able to access information from more than 2,000 athletes, including access to their social media, email and cloud storage.
Weiss is accused of using this information to download “personal, intimate digital photos and videos that are never intended to surpass intimate partners,” prosecutors said.

Weiss faces 14 counts of unauthorized access to a computer and 10 counts of aggravated identity theft. He charged him with up to five years in prison for unauthorized visits, with each count of identity theft for up to two years. Each fee for unauthorized access to the computer is also fined $250,000.
