The report reads that on March 13, the man went to an apartment and met Valdez de Miguel, who reportedly called himself Maria Rodriguez.

The report details Valdez de Miguel asked the man about his available bank balance during the meeting, and he reportedly told her that he had $8,000 available.
After the man’s response, Valdez de Miguel allegedly asked him to bring the full amount next time and assured him that if she was to use the money in a ceremony, it would double and she would return on the same day.
