One flyer said she recently encountered a seat that occupies a seat and claimed she was ashamed of asking the person to move.
In the “R/Delta” forum on Reddit, the post was titled “Man takes over my window seat in place of his own window seat.”
“I boarded a 3-hour Delta flight, headed to the middle of the boarding, but still flowed with my area. I kept thinking ‘I prayed no one was in my seat’! I sat on the side of the C+(f) and it was a seat by the window – my personal preference,” the post read.

Users said that once she approached the aisle, she found a man sitting in her seat.
