Specifically, the order requires the assistant of the president of domestic policy to provide a list of policy recommendations designed to “protect IVF access and actively reduce the out-of-pocket and health plan costs of IVF treatment” within 90 days. .

The directive comes months after former Vice President Kamala Harris ran for his partner in the 2024 election against Trump in 2024. Minnesota Governor Tim Walzaccusing the Trump administration of being “anti-IVF”.
