By the time the coronavirus began to spread throughout the United States, officials remained unsure of the virus’s contagiousness. Much of the country is still concentrated in the upcoming 2020 election.

“No one knows what this virus will do,” Democratic candidate Michael Bloomberg said at a town hall in Manassas, Virginia. “Will it go beyond the world? Some of these things may suddenly disappear, and no one knows why.”

Virginia knows nothing Coronavirus cases then. With more cases reported in Asia and Europe than in the United States, the virus still seems to be far away. New York City reported the first case before Fox News’ Super Tuesday report.

Many states also put the new coronavirus case into practice as more than 12 states voted on Super Tuesday. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed at least 60 cases in the United States, but many fear that the United States may face the same rapid spread as Italy and South Korea.

“I think if you’re a healthy young man, there’s no reason if you want to go on a cruise, go on a cruise. Personally, I’ll never go on a cruise because I don’t like Cruise,” Fauci said. “If you have the conditions I’m talking about this group over and over again, that is, a person with a potential situation, especially an elderly person with an underlying condition, I highly recommend them not to take the cruise.”
