Each team entered 2005 NCAA Men’s Championship Having the No. 1 seed will play a role in San Antonio’s last four games.
All four No. 1 seeds in brackets enter the last four seeds which are rare. It has been 17 years since the first time in the history of the competition. Coincidentally, San Antonio is still the host country North CarolinaKansas, UCLA and Memphis won the semi-finals in 2008.

Auburn survived Sunday night with Atlanta’s second seed Michigan State Spartans to complete a sweep of top seeds for the second time in March Madness history.

Earlier on Sunday, No. 1 Houston Routing Tennessee In Indianapolis, vote for the semi-finals. Florida ranked third in top seeds on Saturday, with Texas Tech advancing to the final four. Duke then cared for the Alabama business.

The first none in history. Kansas’s 1-seeded version beat North Carolina in the last four games, while Memphis eliminated UCLA in 2008. Darrell Arthur led Jayhawks with 20 points, while star guard Mario Chalmers added 18 points to help Kansas win over Memphis with a 75-68 victory and win the national championship.

The NCAA Violation Commission announced that Memphis was forced to evacuate its 2007-08 record for violations of the rules. Memphis was also sentenced to three years of probation. The punishment stems from an investigation into Derrick Rose and his qualifications.
Florida and Auburn will meet in the first game of the two semifinals in a match against SEC enemies. That game will be Houston and Duke.

The winner of each match will advance to the national championship. The last four starts on April 5 at the alamodome in San Antonio.
