“In view of these unusual circumstances, the court respectfully concluded that an injunction must be created to maintain the status quo and allow the court the opportunity to consider the issues raised by both parties,” said the order issued by U.S. District Court Judge Nina Wang.
The order states that government officials “cannot delete” Vizguerra until the court or the 10th Circuit revokes the order.
Although the order claims Vizguerra’s case “provoked complex questions,” Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge and policy expert at the Center for Immigration Research, told Fox News Digital Digital that the case was simple.

Matt O’Brien, director of investigation at the Institute for Immigration Reform Law, an oversight group against the abuse of immigration law, told Fox News that despite the uproar, he believed Vizguerra’s arrest was “100% reasonable.”

“The only reason” Vizguerra escaped such a long arrest, “because Colorado and Biden administrations helped her stay in the United States by adopting misleading policies, which encouraged more inaction and made Americans safer and safer.”

represent. Gabe EvansFreshman Congressman R-Colo. His area, which includes part of North Denver, also commented on Vizguerra’s case, telling Fox News Digital that it proves that Colorado Democrats are not sincere in their desire to help deport criminal foreigners.
Evans said Colorado Democrats “always say they want to work with the federal government to remove illegal immigrants and respect the court orders signed by a federal judge. Jeanette Vizguerra is eligible for both categories, but Democrats still object to her arrest, proving that Colorado’s national defense attorneys cannot even comply with their manifesto.”
