Director of the FBI Kash Patel Monday night, a lawsuit about Tyler Robinson, a man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk on September 10 was shared.
Patel and Attorney General Pam Bundy The FBI Director first outlines the evidence investigators are pieced together.
“We will interview dozens of people not only in these disharmonious chats, but in any communication with this person,” Patel told Sean Hannity.
Patel confirms investigators have confiscated the suspect’s electronics Utah Home and his so-called companion.

“We’ve grabbed multiple electronic devices from the homes of the suspect and his romantic partners. We have computers, laptops, gaming systems, cell phones,” Patel explained.
“The evidence and information will come out. I won’t style the evidence, but what I’m going to say is that what I’m finding in terms of information is a kind of text exchange, he, the suspect, and specifically said he had the opportunity to come up with Charlie Kirk, and he’s going to do that.”
When motives were exerted by the suspect, Patel pointed out his words: “When he was asked why, he said that certain hatreds could not be negotiated with him.”
Bondy also pursues justice against the alleged suspect Murder Kirk.
Bondy explained that Utah’s state prosecutors have jurisdiction over the suspect.
“They will likely sue tomorrow or this week and they will sue him for first-degree murder,” Bondy said.
Bundy also addressed speculations about whether the suspect could face the death penalty, which is stipulated by Utah law.
“Legally, it’s too early, but I think the governor said they want to seek the death penalty, which is very real in Utah, and they still have shots in Utah.”

Bondy further stressed that federal prosecutors are reviewing cases of potential charges at the national level. “Then, as federal prosecutors, we’ll look into whether there are federal charges, too,” she explained.
“Of course, if we do, we will also prosecute and work hand in hand with the state to ensure that this terrible person faces the maximum extent of the law.”
