Protection of women and girls in the Sports Act will require Title IX Gender is considered “a recognized gender based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics” and will not allow any adjustments to its application to gender identity.
The bill was introduced by R-Ala Senator Tommy Tuberville, which has more than 40 co-sponsors in the Senate. This will also make the policy longer by codification by one of many of Trump’s recent executive orders.
