The donkey crushes and jumps a little happy, which is why Donkey Banana It may be a big hit on switch 2.
The game is a 3D platform action adventure that will be available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch 2. Nintendo announced yesterday that the Switch 2 will debut for $450 on June 5, with the game priced at up to $80.
I had the chance to play Donkey Kong Bananza with Switch 2 at the Nintendo Reveal event held in Nintendo yesterday in New York. Donkey Kong Bananza is the last game in the Switch 2 machine lineup. This is a great way to end up because the 15-minute demo allowed me to learn how to smash in different directions – up, down, side and jump into the ground.
In the game, you play Donkey Hole as he travels through the underground world. He keeps finding gold mines and big bananas. By smashing them with his fists, he flew them and collected treasures. The sound of crushed stones and glass was great, and the monkey stopped and figured out where he was going next. This game has no brains. It’s just pure chaos, it’s a fun game because you keep smashing things.
The game will debut on July 17 for $70.
Disclosure: Nintendo paid me the way to travel to New York.
