Ethics critics say the organization has access to the federal system and should not be allowed to cancel federal contracts or lay off employees at various agencies.

It cancels countless diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for federal agencies, consulting contracts, leases of underutilized federal buildings, and duplicate agencies and programs.
The Americas Foundation did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment Tuesday.
