“We are currently reviewing security videos to identify potential suspects. The National Park Service strongly condemns the activities seen in the video that do not respect the solemnity of the National Mall memorial halls.”
Senior David Fields told Fox 5 that the behavior seen in the video is “shameful”.

“It’s as sacred as the Arlington National Cemetery. It’s just a lack of respect to get people riding motorcycles there,” Fields said.
Laws in Washington, DC ATVs are prohibited in public streets and national shopping center areas, but the Metropolitan Police Department said police will not chase vehicles due to the department’s pursuit policy.
