Etoria was sentenced to 25 years in prison and given Deportation Orders for 2009.

This summer, the Trump administration ordered Etoria to be deported to Eswatini, a small southern African country, who is not a citizen.
In July, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced that it would deport five people from Vietnam, Laos, Cuba and Yemen, including Etoria.
“The safe third country deportation flew to Eswatini, in southern Africa, to land. The flight made such a unique savage that their country refused to bring them back,” DHS spokesman Tricia McLaughlin wrote on X at the time.
“These fallen monsters have been terrorizing the American community,” she added.
The Department of Homeland Security said Jamaica and other countries refused to accept Esvatini, although Jamaican officials have since raised objections.

“Orville Etoria is an illegal foreigner in Jamaica, a convicted murderer… Sixteen years later, the murderer is on our streets and outside our country. President Trump and Secretary Norm are using every tool available to keep illegal foreigners committing crimes from the American community and our country away from our country,” DHS said in a statement to Fox News.
Etoria stayed in Africa with four other people.
