In a statement to Fox News’ digital numbers, the Department of Homeland Security called the detainees “some of the worst crimes of illegal foreigners – including members of the MS-13 gang and convicted criminals for illegal possession of weapons, drug trafficking and serial drunk drivers.”

Juan Enrique Pena Soriano, a national from the Dominican Republic, entered the United States illegally at an unknown period and was arrested by the DEA for possessing a controlled substance and handed over to the ICE.
