Democrats like to accuse Republicans of events during the political period, but that’s exactly what they spent last week. They are spinning wild narratives built on false situations while conveniently ignoring documented evidence.
Let’s start with facts: Kilmar Abrego Garcia Not mistakenly deported. This is a lie inserted in the legal profile of the Self-employed Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney. In 2019, not one, but two courts ruled that he was a member of MS-13, illegal in the country. During the bond hearing, the immigration judge found that Abrego Garcia posed a danger to his community, and he failed to dismiss evidence that confirmed his membership on MS-13. Despite Democrats’ contrary statements about this, Garcia was given due process-his case has been reviewed and rejected multiple times.
Garcia is not only a few “Maryland” people, he is not Picture perfect husband and the father portrayed in the media. He is an El Salvadorian national with a history of violent crime and has links to designated terrorist organizations. As of February 6, 2025, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Attorney General Pam Bondi officially designated MS-13 as a foreign terrorist organization under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Due to this designation, Garcia no longer has any legal basis to stay in the United States or seek further immigration relief.
Recent District Court Orders Attempt to Order Garcia from El Salvador It’s illegal in itself. In fact, any judicial order that forces the administration to interact with foreign power in some way is unconstitutional. Foreign policy is implemented by the president (rather than the court) and no federal judge has constitutional power to decide how the president interacts with foreign countries. But that’s exactly what the command tries to do.
Although Democrats continue to shout “Take him home”, they ignore this key fact: Garcia is an El Salvador citizen. He did not return to El Salvador under the orders of the court, and he was removed from office under the long-term law and national security principles. Indeed, the granting of Garcia’s statutory detention to El Salvador was done because of credible fear of persecution – not because Garcia has legal status in the United States, this form of relief does not grant residency to persons and does not transcend national security issues. Most importantly, once MS-13 was designated as a terrorist organization, Garcia immediately qualified for any immigration relief.
Democrats continue to use all their political capital to Illegal aliens Have connections with designated terrorist organizations, rather than standing up for their own voters (U.S. citizens). Example: In the first 50 days of the Trump administration, Immigration Customs and Law Enforcement (ICE) conducted 32,809 law enforcement arrests, including 14,111 convicted criminals and more than 1,000 members of the criminal gang. Instead of celebrating these victories, Democrats remain silent on the topic of border security.
When there is a chance to protect Americans by passing the support of the Laken Riley bill, the common sense bill strengthens penalties for criminally illegal foreigners—35 Democrats in the Senate and 156 Democrats in the House voted against.

Time and time again, Democrats show compassion only when illegal foreign immigrants are victims, but they resist all efforts to prosecute and prevent crimes they commit. Instead of acknowledging the steps President Trump has taken to protect the country, they focus on spinning false narratives and undermining his administration.
If Democratic lawmakers even spent a small portion of their energy defending Garcia’s American victims, perhaps meaningless tragedies such as the murders of Lake Riley and Rachel Morin. The Democrats’ priorities are clear. Fortunately, that’s true: Garcia’s removal is not only reasonable — it’s overdue.
