First on Fox: President Donald TrumpThe DC crime crackdown has resulted in 1,914 arrests since August 7, including dozens of Thursday nights, including illegal immigrants on the terrorist watch list and an interested person tied to guns abandoned on school property, Fox News Digital learned.
Hundreds National Guard Members, as well as Metropolitan Police Departments and personnel from federal agencies such as the FBI, Drug Enforcement Bureau, Capitol Police and Alcohol Bureau, tobacco, guns and explosives, have been brought to DC’s streets for sweeps and crimes since August as part of Trump’s crime against Rampampant.
Law enforcement officers arrested a total of 73 people Thursday night, including illegal immigrants from El Salvador, who is currently on the terrorist watch list. Illegal immigrants from Colombia and identified 13 gang members in Florencia and were arrested for theft, hijacking and bringing narcotics/alcohol in detention; one person arrested for an arrest warrant for attempted murder (knife), first degree assault; another arrested for an arrest warrant for intentional killing while armed; Bolivia’s illegal acts were arrested for domestic assault/abuse, felony assault, force without reason to kidnap and drunkenness.

Another unnamed person was arrested for carrying a firearm without a license and violating the National Firearms Act. Fox News Digital learned that the person was identified as an interested person in the incident of an abandoned gun found in the school on September 3. According to the White House, law enforcement contacted the suspect by phone and agreed to surrender to the officer.

Law enforcement officers specifically rescued a child who disappeared during Thursday’s operation. Fox Digital University has learned that DC’s criminal crackdown has led to the rescue of six missing children since August 7.
“Thanks to President Trump, some of the most dangerous criminals have been from Washington, DC, White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers told Fox News figures last Friday. “For too long, these criminals have been able to commit crimes after crime without any responsibility, but President Trump has restored the law and orders to the capital of our country.”
“Due to President Trump’s severe crime policy, federal law enforcement operations have removed nearly 2,000 dangerous criminals, deadly drugs and deadly weapons from the city, a victory for all DC residents and tourists,” she continued.
The White House has provided several photos of the fox numbers showing pistols and illegal substances recovered during the arrest this week.

Overall, the criminal crackdown has arrested 17 people, including members of MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, arrested violent fanatics, while a total of 198 guns were seized. The operation also led to the clearance of 50 different homeless camps throughout the city.

Trump conducted a federal government on the Metropolitan Police Department on August 11 in response to a series of high-profile killings and attacks after a dangerous wave of crime began in 2020, including across the country (including DC). Trump’s federal government will place the local police department under Article 740 of the Colombian Domestic Rule Act, which allows the president to bear 30 days of emergency control of the capital police department.
Army Secretary Dan Driscoll released a memorandum on Wednesday that extended the National Guard presence in DC to November 30. The memo said the extension was “continued to support the president’s ongoing efforts to restore law and order to the District of Columbia,” Fox News previously reported.

Shortly after Trump’s federal New York City, August recorded 0 homicides in 13 days, and law enforcement listed a long list of suspected criminals, from drug distributors to illegal immigrants to those carrying illegal guns in the city.

Since then, Trump’s floating has deployed the National Guard to other cities to help curb crime, including Chicago and Baltimore, a strong condemnation of local leaders who say Trump is promoting authoritarianism as crime data suggests a slowdown in violence trends since the 2020 era.
“This is exactly the type of excessiveness that our founders warn against warnings,” JB Pritzker, a Democrat of Illinois, told the media in August.
