It has nothing to do with mathematics.
But it yes About the sun.
“My goal is to make sure people get more sunshine,” said D-Mass Senator Ed Markey.
“I like to say you can’t shovel the sun.” Senator Ted CruzR-Tex.
“The American people love the extra sunshine,” said R-FLA Senator Rick Scott.
“Stop Clock”: Republicans, Dems gather together to end the daylight to save health, economic risk
The tax payment day is coming soon. So millions of Americans want them to get their refunds from the federal government.
Millions of Americans hope Washington can help them with extra daytime, too.
That’s why Congress is trying to maximize the sun.

Some lawmakers think it’s time to “lock the clock”. Select Standard Time or Daylight Saving Time. However, clock switching twice a year may live on borrowed time.
That’s why the Senate Commerce Committee held its first congressional hearing on biennial time changes last three years.
“We need to stop the clock. We need to find a solution and stick with it,” said Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester of D-Del. “People in our country are tired of the cycle of constantly falling forward and bounce forward. I mean, who hasn’t forgotten to change the clock on the microwave. I think my time is still at the wrong time.”
We Live in Time: Sunlight Savings and the “Time Lord” of Congress
President Trump During this semester and previous term, the clock switches are relatively many times.
In March, the president called it a “50-50 problem”. But Mr. Trump once again wrinkled up the conversation of time with posts about truth socialization. Although President Trump stressed what should happen now when the United States “moves quickly.”
The president wrote: “The House and Senate should work hard to get more daylight at the end of the day. Very popular and most importantly, no longer changing the clock, causing great inconvenience, and it is a very expensive event for our administration!!”

Rick Scott has solved the problem of time before. Scott served as Florida governor for two terms before entering Senate. Scott signed a bill that would allow GO Digure to opt out of time changes. A similar legislation also gained bipartisan support on Capitol Hill.
Scott looked at the president’s leadership.
“We have a great opportunity to eventually land on lockdown time with President Trump,” Scott said.
But lock it for an hour? Or an hour? There is almost no consensus.
Trump says Congress should push for “more daylight” at the end of the day
The Senate votes to pass 2022 Sunlight Saves Permanent Parking in the United States. Secretary of State and history at that time. R-Fla. Marco Rubio surprisingly proposed a bill without any senator objection.
“No objection, so order!” Kyrsten Sinema, a former Senate who presided over the Senate that day, shouted.
“Yes!” she announced, rushing towards her arm like a coach, his kicker just drilled a shot late in the game.

It was a gift at that time. R-Fla. Marco Rubio was able to introduce a bill to establish permanent daylight savings in 2022 without opposing his colleagues. He then died in the house. (Bill Clark/CQ-Roll Call, Inc, via Getty Images)
But the plan is dead house.
“It’s bad to save time by turning into daylight. But permanent daylight saving is worse,” testified Karin Johnson, professor of neurology at UMASS Chan Medical School. “The subsequent sunrise and sunset festivals save time and sunset can lead to higher risk of chronic diseases, including but not limited to cancer, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and the short-term risks of these diseases exceed the short-term risks of time change.”
Johnson also told the Senators that “Standard time throughout the year is a natural, healthy choice that promotes physical health, mental health performance and safety.”
Congress debates the future of sun saving time
Johnson argues that the United States should not “choose something that has been tried and failed before.”
Johnson’s rights. The United States has “bounced” to daylight saving time or the same time under two different circumstances. In 1918, Congress voted to support the country to save time in daylight to save energy during World War I. Farmers have pushed for the abolition of daylight savings. So Congress unraveled. President Woodrow Wilson rejected the bill. But Congress covered him. This is one of only 112 successful presidential vetos in the history of the Republic.
In the mid-1970s, lawmakers launched the emergency daylight saving time savings of Avoiding the year-round savings. This is a response to the impact of OPEC oil. The country was supposed to be kept in daylight saving time for two years. However, the new time proved so unpopular that lawmakers pushed the clock to standard time in just a few months.

But, advocates of permanent preservation of time.
Jay Karen of the National Association of Golf Courses Owners told the Senators that moving the clock an hour ahead of time will prompt 27 million rounds of golf balls added to the link each year. Karen estimates that golf course owners will make an additional $1 billion.
Karen testified: “Americans overwhelmingly prefer the evening entertainment.”
But, do you know who absolutely hates daylight saving time?
conviction!
A University of Washington study found that the toughest verdict day of the year is the Monday we move forward every March.
Blame it on the wildly thoughtful judges who have lost an hour of sleep.
Daylight saving time: There should be laws
“Some people will receive harsh sentences than others,” said Scott Yates, who locks the clock movement.
Justice may be blind. But this certainly tells the time.
Daylight saving time is not observed in Arizona and Hawaii.
Senator Todd Young, R-ind. Two time zones split Hoosier State.
“We have 12 counties in the western part of the state in the central time zone,” Young said. “Perhaps some level of national policy changes in time do not take into account regional differences that significantly affect daily life.”

It all depends on location. Some people in the north and east will benefit over the year. But summer will rise too early, and winter will set off too early. Later that year, residents in the western part of the time zone seemed to have gained more sunshine. But other areas? not much.
“Hello, Dark, my old friend.” Cruz guided Simon and Garfinkel in contemplatively.
During the hearing, Cruz commented to witnesses: “Your time has expired.”
This may be the case with time changes. But unless Congress can agree on what to do.
Even the name of the March time switch is artificial. This is a classic Washington spin. “sunlight save“Lawmakers are essentially trying to convince the public that they get more stuff – but they are not.

There are only a few hours of sunshine during the day. period. It’s always too dark. And the sun always appears too early somewhere. Even if Congress has a lot of influence, it certainly can’t control that.
