Daily Beast apologizes to the First Lady Melania Trump And withdrew an article saying she was introduced to her husband, President Donald Trump through modeling agents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The media acknowledged the story, which relies on the allegations of journalist Michael Wolff and did not meet editorial standards. Left-leaning websites are under legal threats from the First Lady’s lawyers, initially extracted in July, challenging the “title and framework”. The Daily Beast officially apologized in a statement Monday, shared by Melania Trump on X.
The Daily Beast recently published a story titled ‘Melania Trump’ Very Participated in the Epstein Scandal: The Author’s Based on an interview with Michael Wolff. After reflection, we determined that the article did not meet our standards and therefore was removed from our platform,” Daily Beast said in a statement.

The statement continued: “In a letter from the lawyers responding to the First Lady’s lawyer, Daily Beast also canceled a section of Daily Beast Podcast titled “Trump’s Epstein scandal can’t stop stopping.” “The First Lady points to her best-selling book, Melania, a certain narrative of her life story. We apologize to the First Lady and our readers. ”
Wolff initially filed charges in an interview with Joanna Coles, chief content officer of the Daily Beast podcast. They are discussing Trump’s connection to Epstein, who died in 2019.
“[Melania] Very involved in this relationship with Epstein. There is something like this model, she is introduced by a model agent, both Trump and Epstein are involved. Epstein introduced Trump in this way,” Wolf said.

Wolf did not immediately respond to a request for comment. He told in July Fox News Numbers He has nothing to do with the article.
Wolff’s reporting style and credibility in journalism have long been under scrutiny. In 2018, the reporter told Bill Maher He has evidence that Trump is having an affair and claims that clues to his mistress’s identity can be found at the end of his White House where all said “fire and rage.”
Readers identified passages that seemed to suggest Nikki Haley, the ambassador of the country at that time. Haley called it “disgusting” and “highly offensive.”

Wolf denied in a subsequent interview with “Morning Joe” that he had hinted that Hayley had an affair with Trump, but later said he “found it confusing that she would deny something she had not been accused of, prompting co-host Mika Brzezinski to prompt him to accuse him of “funny” and end the interview.”
Multiple numbers on Trump’s track also deny being attributed to them in “Fire and Anger.”
