Exclusive: Member of parliament who fled Cuba In the 1960s, a copy of the Department of Homeland Security would be sent to the Department of Homeland Security that allegedly relates to the Communist regime that is circumventing the Cuban refugee law in the United States.
Rep. Carlos Gimenez, R-Fla. Fox News learned that a letter to Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security, which includes a list of Cubans living in the United States under various humanitarian laws or programs by him and/or pro-democracy groups, is actually directly related to the communist regime in Havana, Fox News Digital learned.
Gimenez also represents the congressional district closest to Cuba – Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties – will tell Noem to “the existence of the Cuban Communist Party who kills Castro regime and the current Cuban Communist Party living in the United States”.
“Existing U.S. laws must be enforced to identify, deport and repatriate these directly threaten our national security, the integrity of our immigration system, and the security of Cuban exiles and U.S. citizens.”

Jimenes said Cuba Adjustment Act – Rep. Jacob H. Gilbert, DN.Y. The 1966 law, which set out how to deal with the unique situation of Cuban refugees in the new Castro regime at that time – other laws were intended to help those who fled communism rather than helping it in it.
Miami, who is also the only person born in Cuban Congress, wrote, “People with direct ties to the Cuban Communist Party and the repressive national security agencies, “come on” the U.S. immigration system and is a direct insult to the real Cuban exiles seeking personal freedom.
Gimenez then condemned a list of about 100 individuals in a group of nonprofits and human rights regulators, demanding that the Norm office “shows over” the list and start the deportation process when their MALIGN credentials exit.
In the name, there are several members marked with Brigadas de Accion rapida or Rapid Response Brigade. The group consists of designated citizens who are essentially patrolling the dictator Miguel Diaz-Diaz, dissidents of California and its regime.
Others are listed as senior officers in the alliance with the Cuban Alliance, the country’s military court, Cuban State Department, Cuban Communist Party leaders, police forces and the office of the District Attorney.
Miami and surrounding areas continue to see their collective Cuban-American community grow and thriving, especially on SE 8th Street, the famous Calle Ocho Little Havana – Gimenes said he wants to work with the Department of Homeland Security to identify, veterinarians, detain and expel life like “despicable fraudsters of our country.”
“Like many in our community, I was forced from Cuba’s ancestral country park shortly after the Communist Revolution, which is absolutely condemned, and it is definitely how the agents of the murdered Castro regime endorsed our immigration laws to infiltrate our country,” said Gimenes.
Gimenes said the Trump administration has recently encountered Cuban spies in Florida and is looking forward to taking more action against those marked by Cuban rights groups.
The Department of Homeland Security refused to share the former intelligence officer’s name, but Miami Pioneer ICE and the FBI reportedly arrested him in West Park, Florida near Miami Dolphin Stadium for fraudulently obtaining a green card.
