The two now-adult Cowboy teammates spit on the X on Thursday night, thanks to Lawrence’s obvious decision to sign with the Seattle Seahawks after 11 seasons.

“Dallas is my home. I’m home there, my family lives there, and I’ll be there forever,” he said to reporters this week. “But I know I’m not going to win the Super Bowl there, so we’re here.”
Parsons called the comment “Joker ST” and said it was “a look of rejection and jealousy”.
Despite being a teammate for four years, Lawrence was not easy.
“Calling me as a clown won’t change the fact that I tell the truth. Maybe if you spend less time winning on Twitter and more time, I’m not leaving,” Lawrence responded.
Pearson asked TMZ Sports Regarding beef, he keeps it real.
“There’s too much social media,” he said. “It will push the coaches [Tom] Landry is crazy.

“We had problems like this. Sometimes I talked about noise in the locker room, defending money and things like that. But we left it in the locker room. The reason we kept it because it was a locker room issue. It was easy to put it in the locker room because there were no journalists around because you had to talk to them like on social media. Virus, especially when in negative sight… we had to be careful with what we said.”
In the past, Parsons has been criticized for being active on social media and hosting podcasts.
Lawrence agreed to a three-year contract with the Seahawks, Dallas’ second-round draft pick in 2013, signing the largest defensive player contract in club history six years later, combining consecutive double-digit sacks.
Lawrence has never exceeded 6.5 sacks after Lawrence signed the big contract, and the Cowboys entered the division round four times in his 11 seasons. He said the Cowboys did not offer him a contract during the offseason, but his deal with the Seahawks was worth $42 million.
The 32-year-old sprained four games in 2024, missing at least half of the two seasons in the last four years, but early in his career he made four Pro Bowls.

With Parsons entering the final year of their rookie contract, the Cowboys may be about to be the highest-paid non-quarter guard in the NFL. Cleveland’s defensive end Myles Garrett just won the championship, with an average of $40 million per season.
