McConnell is currently supervising 22 states and the lawsuit District of Columbia This challenged the Trump administration’s revocation of federal grant funds for migration. After McConnell ordered the government to comply with the restrictive order, the government called on the First Tour – refusing to comply with the order.
“The American people voted in November for President Trump, which sets out a clear task to make our federal government more efficient,” Clyde told Fox News numbers. “However, Judge McConnell, who will benefit from his own ban, is trying to unilaterally hinder the president’s agenda and go against the will of the American people. Judge McConnell’s actions are corrupt, dangerous, and worthy of impeachment.”

Clyde announced plans to draft an improvised article in early February after McConnell ordered the Trump administration to resume suspended federal grants and loans. These articles formalize the allegations.
McConnell has also been blasted by Trump supporters and conservatives in recent weeks after the 2021 video surfaced, warning that courts must “stand and enforce Rule of law … Oppose repetitive actions that might be tyrants or maybe something. ”
The articles list videotapes, claiming that McConnell “allowed his personal, political perspectives to influence his decisions and rulings” and that he showed “the bias to distort his decisions in the federal freeze.”
“Judicial activism” is “the latest form of legal form of the left,” Clyde said in a statement.

Clyde’s impeachment resolution comes after a similar move by Rep. Brandon Gill, who earlier filed the impeachment measures against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg. A Washington, D.C.-based federal judge is overseeing a separate case challenging President Donald Trump to use 18th-century wartime law to deport Venezuelan nationals to El Salvador linked to the violent Gang Tren de Aragua.

Gill accused Boasberg of abusing his power by suspending the eviction order of the 1789 law.
Criticism of lower-level judges targeting Trump administration rulings prompted U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts made an unusual statement this month.
“For more than two centuries, it has been determined that impeachment is not an appropriate response to the divisions of judicial decisions,” Roberts said. “The normal appeal review process is for this purpose.”
