“The allegations against Paul Rodriguez are false and lacking in the basis,” his attorney Bobby Samini said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“Mr. Rodriguez was a passenger in the vehicle that the Burbank Police Department pulled over last night. He always worked completely with law enforcement.
“The allegations against Paul Rodriguez are false and lacking in foundation.”
