“I have made it clear that if you are involved in the wave of family terrorism against Tesla’s property, we will find you, arrest you and turn you out,” Bondy said. “All of these cases are serious threats to public safety. So, negotiations will not be conducted.”

Frederick was arrested a week after the attack. Bondy said federal prosecutors are seeking 20 years in prison.

In addition to federal charges against him, Frederick faces local charges, including secondary arson and possession of explosives or combustion devices.

He is one of several suspects involved in the attack Tesla dealer and the factory in recent weeks. The attacks appear to be centered around Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his role in the Trump administration’s Department of Efficiency (DOGE).
