A Colorado man died Sunday after crossing the edge of Arizona’s rim in his car Grand Canyon National Park Authorities said it fell hundreds of feet.
Park rangers learned about 12:40 p.m. a car with a single occupant fell on the edge of the neighborhood South Kaibab TrailThe National Park Service (NPS) said on Monday.
The wanderer responded immediately and recovered his body 300 feet below the edge.

The NPS identified the man as Steven “Drew” Bradley, 27, of Federal Heights, Colorado.
The helicopter transported Bradley’s body to the edge and then transferred it to the Office of the Medical Examiner in Coconino County, Arizona.

NPS doesn’t say how Bradley’s vehicle crosses the edge, although it does provide information for those struggling Mental Health Call or text to suicide and crisis lifeline issues, phone number is 988 or 1-800-273-Talk (8255).
The NPS, along with Coconino County medical examiners, investigated the incident.
