Colorado Government Jared Polis, who mocked the April Fools’ Day Post in Donald Trump’s president, seemed to be targeting the commander-in-chief’s anger at his official portrait at the state capitol, was eventually removed.
“No one likes photos or paintings of themselves, which is why I’m taking different directions toward the official portrait towards the official portrait,” Polis said in an article on X.
Polis, a Democrat, said he supports Colorado’s art, “This portrait is an exciting opportunity to embed my image into the structure of Colorado’s history.”
His claim to be Trump portrait is “intentionally twisted”

South Park revolves around four friends and is located in Colorado.
His portrait was removed from the state capitol in Denver last month after Trump asked him to criticize the painting and its artists.
Trump wrote on Truth Social at the time: “No one likes bad photos or paintings of themselves, but the state capitol in Colorado, the governor, along with all other presidents, purposefully distorts a level even if I might have never seen it.”

Despite Trump’s criticism of Polis, the Democratic governor has not served when he commissioned the portrait in 2019.
On March 16, Polis shares his image at South Park with comedies Duo Terrance and Philip With Canada.
