The NBA announced last week that it was investigating Leonard’s $28 million endorsement contract to determine whether it circumvents the league’s wage cap rules.

Leonard is listed as the manager of the company in the California document. KL is his abbreviation and 2 is his jersey number.

Clippers owner Steve Ballmer made a $50 million investment in ambition, and the company and the team announced a $300 million partnership in September 2021. That was Leonard signed a four-year, $176 million extension with the Clippers, about a month.
Ballmer strongly denied any misconduct and welcomed the coalition’s investigation.
“We did things with this book,” Ballmer Tell ESPN last week.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver spoke after a board meeting in New York – Clippers owner Steve Ballmer attended – and said the league would wait to see reports from outside companies before hiring the investigation before taking the next step.
“We keep learning in the league office, and again, I want to keep my judgment because I don’t know the facts here,” Silver said. “I don’t know what Kawhi paid for. I don’t know what he did or didn’t do. We’ll investigate all of this.”
Fox News Digital contacted the Clippers and Leonard for the latest report, but received no immediate response.
