“Congress must do its best to support President Trump’s efforts to repeal the facial bills all to end the weaponization of the administration,” the AAF memorandum sent to Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee Thursday afternoon. “There is no doubt that the Biden administration will arm the bill face to face with the Americans who are against Liberty.”
“During the Biden administration, biological Americans faced early morning SWAT raids, unjust prison sentences and alleged abuse during detention,” the memo continued.
Last month, the House Subcommittee on Oversight of Justice held a hearing: “Entering the Golden Age: Ending Weaponization of Weaponization Ministry of Justice,” Peter Breen, executive vice president and head of litigation at Thomas More Society, a Christian nonprofit law firm, testified that one of his clients was subjected to such a SWAT raid and lengthy jail.

In 2023, several media reported that the Justice Department filed at least 15 criminal cases under the Facial Act, involving approximately 46 defendants who have pro-life since January 2021, but all victims except one case are supporters of abortion rights.
