China’s Xinhua News Agency said on Tuesday that the Eastern Theater Command “has conducted a variety of thematic exercises in the waters of the northern, southern and eastern Taiwan Island.”
The Theater Command “organized its ship and aircraft formations with traditional missile forces and long-range rocket launch systems for air interception training, attacks on maritime targets, strikes on ground objects, and attacks on joint blockades and controls.”
