Johnson wrote in his response on X: “The president’s threat is under the honor of our country, but the reality is that he wants to occupy our cities and break our constitution. “Our coalition is ready to take to the streets immediately after federal forces are deployed in our city,” the coalition wrote on its site. “We need the broadest unity to counter Trump’s constant attack on work and oppressed people. Manchester United, never to be defeated!”

Pritzker opposes Trump’s “non-American” possible National Guard deployment

The city will see a federal surge in the wake of the conflict shared by Trump, similar to the Washington, D.C. action that could include the National Guard and immigration authorities.

Raymond Lopez, a Chicago alderman of Democrat, told Fox News’ “Fox Report” that he believes the federal surge would “help.”
