Alton Jackson, 37, has been sentenced to two years in prison for felony possession of a gun since May. This is the fifth time he has been arrested in Chicago since he was 18 years old.
So far, Harvey Fischer, 26, has been arrested six times by Chicago police.
The Arceta family said Mark was about to make his final job turn before paternity leave. He looks forward to the birth of his second child. His partner was shocked, demanding accountability, and praying that the suspect was not released.
