Suspect accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk As Utah residents remember the so-called killer as a “very quiet” and “keep themselves” person, they will face charges in the coming days.

Taylor Robinson, Detained Thursday on suspicion of aggravated murder, “felony release of firearms – causing serious bodily injury” and “obstruction of justice – capital/first-degree felony conduct”, according to Fox News’ affidavit of possible causes. The judge ordered him to continue to be released without bail, and the Utah County Attorney’s Office said it plans to formally accus Robinson of it on Tuesday, Sept. 16.

“I know when some people are in the same neighborhood, they are labeled as shooters, and everyone likes it, ‘You can say.’ He is not one of them,” Jaida Funk, 22, who lives in the same neighborhood as Robinson, told the Associated Press. He said Robinson’s arrest in the suburb outside St. George was “completely unexpected.”

Robert Sylvester, who lived with the Robinson Family for about six years, told the Associated Press that he last met Tyler Robinson a few years ago because both helped repair leaky pipes at their neighbor’s home. He described the family as “very quiet,” referring to the suspect’s father who has been busy with contractors, “they are no different from most families.”

Utah State University confirmed to Fox News on Friday that Robinson “had a brief semester at the University of Utah in 2021.”

He is now in the third-year student apprenticeship program at the Dixie Technical College in St. George, according to the Associated Press.

Durban Mickelson told the news agency that Robinson often bought supplies from the stores where he worked, but did not stand out.

“He won’t really talk to you unless you say something to him,” Mickelson added. “Always very quiet, keep yourself.”

Legal analysts call for more arrests in Charlie Kirk assassination

A source told Fox News on Friday that there were active discussions and preparations in addition to the state allegations to file federal charges or possible multiple federal charges against Robinson.

The Associated Press reported that state and federal court records did not show any criminal cases involving him.

Erika Kirk, The late Charlie Kirk’s widow also paid tribute to her husband on Friday and announced that his mission will not end at the headquarters of the U.S. turn point.

“For everyone I listen to in the United States tonight, the movement my husband built won’t die,” Erika Kirk said in her first public statement since her husband’s assassination Wednesday at Utah Valley University.

She added: “This won’t. I refuse to let this happen…No one will forget my husband’s name. I will make sure that. It will become stronger, bold, louder, louder, bigger. My husband’s mission will not end. “My husband’s voice will remain, it will be louder and clearer than ever before. His wisdom will last. ”
