Charging documents to reveal next phase in Kirk assassination probe as suspect expected in court

“Our ability to make allegations depends on our ability to quickly collect and carefully review evidence from the mountains. Every stage of this situation, we will go thoroughly and intentionally.”

Gray added: “My office’s mission is to protect our community by vigorously investigating and prosecuting crimes, compassionate victims of crimes and seeking justice for all. We will spare no effort to achieve this in this regard,” Gray added.
