As the league’s international series continues to expand

“It’s an honor to be able to represent the NFL again on the international stage again,” said Ag Spanos, president of Chargers Business Operations. “It’s also a huge opportunity to help grow the game and bring the Chargers brand to Brazil and Latin America’s number Millions of sports fans.”
The NFL announced that it will play seven regular season games in the 2025 international competition. The league can arrange up to eight regular season games next season.

In addition to the matches in Brazil, London plans to host three matches, and Miami Dolphins Will participate in Spain’s first regular season game. The Indianapolis Colts were selected for a match in Berlin, Germany in 2025, and the Pittsburgh Steelers will travel to Dublin to host their first regular season game in Ireland.

In 2026, the Los Angeles Rams will be the designated team for a match in Melbourne, Australia, which will be the first time an NFL game will be played on the continent.
The NFL’s full regular season game is expected to be released in May.
