Billie Lourd She is proud of the acting skills that work in the family.
Lourd is the daughter of the late Carrie Fisher and granddaughter of the late Debbie Reynolds, the star of the new Hulu comedy series “Medieval Modern” and spoke about her famous family at the show’s premiere last week.
Lourdes told People Magazine Last Tuesday at the DGA Theatre Building.
She continued: “I can do some tap dance, not as good as…young Debbie Reynolds, but that’s also genes, even though my mom kind of sucked tap dance.”

But Lord wasn’t going to be a copy of her famous mom and grandma.
“I’m a very unique personality, absolutely different from both of them,” she said. “Well, that’s what you’ve learned for generations. I think I’ve learned to balance my life and work in a different way than they can do, and it’s a product of the times.”
“I would say comedy is genetic.”

Fisher’s only child, Lourd, often pays homage to his mother and grandmother on social media and in his personal life from her relationship with Hollywood agent Bryan Lourd.
In her 2022 Wedding with Austen RydellAccording to Vogue, Lourd wore her mom’s favorite ring, blue fire opal and the ring her mother gave one of her best friends, using jewels as jewelry.
Additionally, Lourd’s post-party Rodarte look was “inspired” by the iconic dance costumes that her “charm” Debbie Reynolds once wore at all shows, which is probably the most fun party costume ever.
Lourd is now a mother of two, and to his 4-year-old son Kingston and 2-year-old daughter Jackson, “absolutely” sees the work of family star power genes.

“But I don’t want to put pressure on them, do anything [in show business]. But yes, my kids are hysterical, cool, very good, and the dancers are amazing,” Lourdes told people.
She added: “All of us Want someone to be a doctor In this family. Hopefully we find a doctor from them. Whatever they want to do, I will support it. ”
The 32-year-old is now happy to see her children learn and grow.
