A federal judge told Trump attorneys that if Maryland resident Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia was wrongly deported to El Salvador’s Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia last month because she weighed the next step in a politically charged case.
U.S. Judge Paula Xinis told Trump administration attorneys Tuesday that in the case of Abrego Garcia, they will have two weeks to comply with the discovery request, Maryland residents deported residents to El Salvador last month, and Trump officials acknowledged an “administrative error” which is a “administrative error” requiring the administration to spend time detailing, if any measures are available, pay any measures, and if any measures are available, it can be done through our measures, and if any measures are available, it can be done through our measures.
“Cancel the holidays and cancel other dates,” the newcomer told the lawyers at a Tuesday night hearing.
She also said she would issue an order to guide the government to show her how they can comply with her orders to promote the release of Abrego-Garcia from El Salvador.
After a two-week period, she will weigh the opinions found submitted and determine whether the government has taken action in good faith or whether there is evidence that it is possible to preempt potential temp deem lawsuits.

At the beginning of the hearing, it was emphasized that in her opinion, the Supreme Court had “sayed” so that the United States could promote the release of Abrego Garcia and restore his immigration process, just as he had never been removed from office.
“We will do this in a targeted way, but we won’t spend a lot of time doing this,” Heanez said of the discovery process.
Lawyers for the Justice Department responded that they opposed her views on the Supreme Court ruling, and accelerated exploration—her objections to the record were dry.
Xinis told Trump at the beginning of the hearing. “We are here today to talk about the scope of remedies.”
“You made an argument for jurisdiction,” Sinis told Justice’s attorney Lieutenant Drew. “You made an argument about the case.” You’re lost. ”
Minutes before the hearing, Joseph Mazzara, acting general counsel for the Department of Homeland Security, said in court documents that if he was sent back to the United States, the DHS would detain him and move him to another third country, citing what he called MS-13 membership.
The hearing was a directive in which government lawyers failed to comply with multiple directives to update the position and detention status of the court, as well as efforts to facilitate his return – the lack of compliance XINIS has been described previously as “extremely difficult.”

Sinis plans to weigh these developments as the court considers the next step in the case, including whether to pursue it Civil defiance procedure Oppose the government.
Abrego Garcia’s lawyers argued Tuesday that there was no evidence that the Trump administration had taken any measures to facilitate his return to the United States as soon as possible, such as the Xinis order, and held on by the Supreme Court last week.
“The Supreme Court Order Requires the Government to ‘Promote’ the Release of Abrego Garcia Guardianship from El Salvador And make sure to handle his case, because if he wasn’t improperly sent to El Salvador, that would be the case. ”
They noted that the latest news from the government so far “has not shown that any steps have been taken to comply with federal and Supreme Court rulings.
The government’s obvious refusal to take action, even clarifying Abrego Garcia’s position – pushing the case to a boiling point, which raises the prospect that Xinis can lift up civil contempt for the Trump administration.

The hearing is the latest in a series of legal struggles centered on Trump’s ability to deport certain immigrants from the United States to El Salvador.
Recently, two federal judges in Texas and New York agreed to temporarily block Trump administrationUse the Foreign Enemy Act of 1798 to immediately remove some immigrants from the U.S. soil and get along with the plaintiff’s arguments, that is, allowing for deletion under the law could cause direct and irreparable harm.

In addition to submitting incomplete identity updates and refusing to answer questions about Abrego Garcia’s whereabouts or efforts to ensure his return, Trump officials said at the White House on Monday that the United States lacks the power to bring him back.

Asked Monday about progress in returning Abrego Garcia to U.S. land, Trump officials said his return was “depending on El Salvador” and that the United States would “provide aircraft” – seemingly ignoring court orders to facilitate his return.
“If they want to return him, it’s up to El Salvador,” Attorney General Pam Bondi told reporters. “It’s not up to us.”
The debate has been supported by other cabinet officials, including Stephen Miller, deputy chief of staff of the White House, and El Salvador President Buckle himself.
“How do I send him back to the United States? Is it like I smuggled him to the United States?” Berkle told reporters while sitting down with the president on Monday Donald Trump and other senior government officials.
“I certainly won’t do it. The problem is ridiculous,” he said.
