The bus carrying Indiana University University Indianapolis Men to the basketball team on the highway flames to return from a Northern Kentucky game. Nothing wounded.
IU Indy Bus fire reported about 4:30 PM Domingo near Lawrenceburg, Indiana, NBC affiliate Wahal In Indianapolis reported. The videos and photos posted by the Instagram by Jaguars Guard Paul Zilinskas showed the charred bus on the side of the highway.
The school athletics department says that the bus has a mechanical issue.
“All team members and staff evacuated the bus without harm,” the statement read.
Another bus sent to take team and staff.
The incident occurred in accordance with 71-67 loss of team in northern Kentucky University.
