“The publicly available information is that … the murder weapon has never been restored,” Elcox told Fox News Digital. “Then he was looking for this very, very specific project. It was a disastrous fact for the defense…I don’t know how you explained this.”

Koberg is pursuing his Ph.D. Doctor of Criminology from Washington State University, just 10 miles from the university Idaho Crime Scene.
“I think he fantasizes about himself…very smart, but when you look at people in this field, you know that law enforcement and its searches are broad,” Elcox told Fox News Digital Digital. “Having this feature in a searchable historical format is… OK, you just have to doubt, and I think you might not be as smart as you think.”

Prosecutors also claimed they were tracking the crime scene and the car, a white Hyundai Elantra, and witnesses saw a masked man following the murder, and the telephone records also confirmed their alleged schedule of activity. Although the person believed to have committed the crime took steps to cover up his track, he added that the killer always made a mistake.
“I will assure you that there is no fingerprint of his or her fingerprint of anyone else,” said John Kelly, a criminal offender. “Because who did a good job.”
